3. Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Gift card appointments that are missed or cancelled late may be deemed redeemed.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise stated.

7. Boutique Products & Online Shop

  • Once products are opened or used, they are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards must be used before their stated expiry date.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
